Currently, he holds the prestigious positions of Special Counsel for the Directorate of Enforcement and Special Public Prosecutor before the Special Court (PMLA) in Chandigarh. Mr. Mehta is also the Founder and Partner of Anill Mehta & Partners where he leads with a vision of legal excellence, and serves as the Practice Head for Adhrit Legal in the Tricity region.
